Main features：

1）With strip cleaning section, it adopts the advanced technology of combining chemical degreasing and electrolytic degreasing, which can enhance the effect of degreasing, and remove the grease and metal particle on the strip surface.

2）Adopting improved Sendzimir (with NOF) annealing horizontal furnace. It can heat quickly and efficiently, which can save energy. The length of furnace is reduced, hence can reduce the space.

3）Adopting advanced shielding gas recycling cooling equipment. It uses speed control by frequency variation, can effectively control the colling speed and final cooling temperator of the strip.

4）The annelaing furnace uses the ceramic fiber liner, except the NOF which is usingrefractory brick, this can effectively reduce heat dissipation of the body and thermal loss, and reduce the furnace control of inertia.

5）Adopts spray flow ceramic induction zic pot, can heat quickly and have a even temperature, with advantage of long life time and less zinc dross.

6）Adopts advanced 4th geration Duma air blade, can well control the weight of coating and quality.

7）With skin pass mill. Can effectively improve the product surface quality. It can remove the yield platform and elevate the product property of cold drawing.

8）Adopt two twist two straightening unit, can effectively improve the flatness and surface quality of strip, and enhance the product competitiveness.

9）Select high quality brand of CPC, EPC, etc. to ensure the reliable performance of the unit.

10）Adopts speed control by frequency variation, easy to maintain.

11）Adopt narrow lap automatic seam welding machine, can ensure the welding quality and welding timing.
