TSD12 roller Reversible cold rolling mill is bigger roller type, specially developed as per market demand, it can produce oriented silicon steel with low grade and 3% silica. Annual capacity is at 15,000 T. it can compete with 6 roller unit. And it can produce super thin carbon steel, which 6 roller unit cannot produce. Single run max. press rate≤95%。
It adopts 1-2-3 tower type roller system, split housing and single stand, with features of plate type adjustment of back-lining bearings, roll shift, and quick roll change, and continuous adjustment of rolling line. It adopts the most advanced control strategy of combining mass flow with monitoring, and can ensure the thickness precision of the product.
