1.The welded structure and fabricated structure will be annealed in whole piece, and when annealing the temperature holding will be >7 hours, in order to remove the welding deforming stress

4. 2nd stage gearbox of forming and diameter determining unit is produced by professional gearbox manufacturers. The inner chamber of 2nd stage gearbox will be shot blasted and painted, and it will go through 72 hours even speed run without load to test the noise and monitor the temperature rise of bearings, and then make micro-adjustment of the assembling allowance, and check for the imported seals to see if any leaks. The gearboxes are connected with high strength and reliable gearbox couplings.
5. For transmission we select high torque, high safety universal coupling for heavy duty vehicle .
6. Slide block of flat roller rack is designed as enclosed and machined by CNC, in this way it increases the anti-bending strength of the driving fit roller, and enable the interchange capability. Horizontal roller are protected with copper alloy shield. The square toes in front of vertical roller are equipped with hex nuts for protection.
7. Equipped with cold cutting saw fully servo controlled, the saw cuts in 5 speed, which is more safe, lower noise and no bur when running at high speed .
